Getting Started

Getting started with InstaSLA

Create an organization, connect GitHub, select repositories, and review the first remediation queue.

Create the workspace

Start by creating an account, signing in, and creating the first InstaSLA organization. The organization is the boundary for members, GitHub installations, billing, alerts, SLA policies, owner mappings, reports, notifications, and MCP tokens.

Connect the first repository set

Open GitHub from the dashboard, install the InstaSLA GitHub App, select the repositories you want to monitor, and run the first sync. InstaSLA imports GitHub security alert metadata and stores workflow data inside your organization.

Review the first operational queue

After sync, review open alerts, overdue alerts, unowned alerts, and generated fix campaigns. The first review should confirm that selected repositories, SLA policies, and ownership mappings reflect how your team actually works.

  • Create an organization.
  • Connect GitHub.
  • Select repositories.
  • Run sync.
  • Configure SLA and owner rules before using reports as audit evidence.
