Terms for using the InstaSLA website and service.
InstaSLA provides security alert workflow, SLA tracking, escalation, and evidence tooling for GitHub-native teams. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their configuration and for complying with their own legal and contractual obligations.
Users must keep account credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and avoid uploading secrets or content they are not authorized to process.
The service may change as features are added or improved. Enterprise terms, if any, should be documented in a separate signed order or agreement.
If a separate order form or agreement specifies governing law or venue, that agreement controls. Otherwise, disputes will be handled by a court with competent jurisdiction under applicable law.
