InstaSLA uses or plans to use infrastructure, email, billing, GitHub integration, analytics, and optional image services only where configured.

• VPS hosting provider for application hosting
• GitHub for repository and security alert integration
• Resend for transactional email
• Polar for payments and subscription billing
• Google Analytics for public website analytics
• Microsoft Clarity for public website behavior analytics

Optional subprocessors

Imgbb is used only if image upload/storage is enabled with an API key. BYO AI providers are used only if a customer explicitly configures them.

Updates

Subprocessor changes should be reflected on this page before the new provider is used for customer data where practical.
