Manage billing

Understand plan limits, Polar billing, and subscription states.

Plans control repository limits

Billing plans determine repository limits and subscription status. Free plans can be used to prove the workflow, while paid plans unlock larger repository volumes.

Use Polar for payments

Checkout and customer portal sessions are handled through Polar. InstaSLA stores local subscription records and listens for Polar webhook events to update status.

Watch subscription states

Active and trialing subscriptions are entitled. Past due subscriptions may retain access while payment is resolved. Canceled, incomplete, refunded, and failed states should be reviewed from the billing page or by support.
