GitHub sync does not import repositories

Check that the GitHub App is installed on the correct account, the desired repositories are selected, and the installation still has the required repository permissions.

Alerts are missing

Confirm that GitHub has current Dependabot or security alerts for the selected repositories. A successful sync can still return zero alerts if GitHub has none to report.

Emails are not delivered

Check notification delivery logs, recipient addresses, escalation policy filters, and Resend domain configuration. Delivery failures are usually visible in the notification delivery table.

Billing status looks stale

Use the billing page and Polar portal first. Superadmins can reconcile from the latest stored Polar webhook event, but live payment state still depends on Polar webhooks and the customer portal.
