Refund Policy

Refund handling for paid InstaSLA subscriptions processed through Polar.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are subscription services processed through Polar. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, fees already paid are generally non-refundable after service access has been provided.

Billing errors

If you believe there was a duplicate charge, billing error, or unauthorized payment, contact support@instasla.com promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal. Access may continue through the paid billing period unless required otherwise by law or the applicable Polar flow.
